Design for England businesses
England's design needs change from one county to the next. An engineering subcontractor in the Black Country wants a technical drawing its machine shop can actually work from. A fruit grower in Kent wants a label that survives a cold store. A holiday let in Cornwall needs photographs that show the view and the bedrooms honestly. A solicitor in Leeds wants a letterhead and proposal template that look the same printed or sent as a PDF.
The Midlands and the North still make things, so a large share of English design work is for manufacturers: 2D drawings laid out to BS 8888, 3D models exported as STEP for a supplier, and product photographs for a trade catalogue. London and the big regional cities, including Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol and Nottingham, hold the professional firms that need brand guidelines, presentation templates and annual reports. Rural counties lean on tourism and food, which means menus, packaging, signage and location photography.
- Manufacturers and engineers: CAD, technical drawings, product photography and catalogues
- Professional services: brand identity, stationery, presentations and reports
- Food producers and hospitality: packaging, labels, menus and food photography
- Sole traders and start-ups: a first logo, business cards and social media graphics
England also has a long tail of small firms whose logo was drawn years ago by someone who has since moved on, leaving only a fuzzy JPEG. Redrawing it as a clean vector in AI, EPS and SVG is usually the first job before anything else gets printed. All design work is done remotely from Mansfield, so where you are matters less than what you need. Photography and video are shot at your premises, and travel beyond the Mansfield and Nottinghamshire area is added to the quote before anything is booked.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with businesses anywhere in England?
Yes. dijitul media handles logo, print, packaging, digital and CAD design remotely from Mansfield, so a business in Cornwall or Cumbria gets the same service as one in Nottinghamshire. We agree the brief by phone or video call, share proofs as PDFs and send the final files by download.
Will you travel to photograph our premises or products?
Yes. Photography and video are shot on location, at your premises or venue. A half day starts from £295 + VAT and a full day from £495 + VAT. Travel beyond the Mansfield and Nottinghamshire area is added to the quote, so you see the full cost before booking.
Can you supply print-ready files for the printer we already use?
Yes. We supply press-ready PDFs, normally PDF/X-1a or whatever your printer specifies, in CMYK with 3 mm bleed and fonts embedded. If you do not have a printer, we can arrange print and quote it separately, because printing is not included in design prices.
