Design for Halifax businesses
Halifax has a strong mix of old industry, finance and independent retail. Nestlé makes Quality Street here, the Halifax bank still employs large numbers on Trinity Road, and Dean Clough, once one of the world's biggest carpet mills, is now a complex of offices, studios and venues. The restored Piece Hall has become one of the north's best independent shopping and events spaces.
Piece Hall traders and Calderdale makers often sell both in person and online, so their branding has to work at very different sizes: a hanging sign, a swing tag, a product box and a square Instagram post. We build brand identities with that in mind, from £395 + VAT, and supply logo files for each use. For online shops, consistent product photography on white or in simple styled sets makes a catalogue look like one brand.
Concerts and events at the Piece Hall and Dean Clough create steady demand for posters, programmes and social graphics in the right sizes for each platform. Manufacturers across Elland, Brighouse and Sowerby Bridge need packaging artwork, catalogues and technical drawings at £45 an hour + VAT.
- Independent retailers and makers: logos, packaging, swing tags, product photos
- Venues and events: posters, programmes, event photography
- Food and packaging firms: carton artwork, labels, sell sheets
